The Return Home (Ch. 19)
As we read chapter 19 of The Story, The Return Home we are nearing the end of the Old Testament. One of the first acts of the Lord's people is to rebuild the Temple. While they were sent home with permission and direction to rebuild, they faced oposition from those wanting to stop the construction. The prophet stays committed to the rebuilding as he directs the people, Let the temple be rebuilt as a place to present sacrifices, and let its foundations be laid. - Ezra 6:3b. Our Key Thought reminds us of our twofold responsibility , Sacrifice to the Lord. Pray for the country. Come let us work and worship together! See you in worship!! Pastor "J"
